Awful news :(

This post is one that I never wanted to have to type.......but unfortunately I can't put it off any longer. Many of you will have already heard that I am being forced to close my beloved Freedom Works Kishorn and I cannot begin to get across how devastated I am about it all. I am not going to into the reasons on here but I know some of you are aware and your support and kindness has been overwhelming.
I am having to close my little shop door for the final time on Saturday 30th July and I then have a month to empty the shop to vacate at the end of August.
So the main reason for this post is to let you all know that if you have seen something in the shop and have been waiting for a special occasion to pop in and buy it, now would be a good time. If you haven't visited yet, please feel free to drop in and browse the beautiful collection of art and crafts by local artists while they are still available.
Ross and Trish from Freedom Framery are currently looking for alternative accommodation in the area in order to be able to continue their successful picture framing business and they have been offered a local workshop to use during the transition, so they will be carrying on offering their professional service.
As I am sure you can imagine, this is a very difficult time for us all and the below quote seemed appropriate as it ends with the word "Freedom" which was something very dear to Mike's heart. I am positive that both Jenny and Mike are looking down, very sad at what is happening but sending me their love and knowing I did everything I possibly could to keep their wonderful shop open in the community.
As I said before, thank you all for your continued support and I hope to see many of you over the next couple of months.
Ali xxx
